In the short span of 2023, the Heathrow Scientific team has shared numerous memories of coming together, from breaking ground on a new facility, to annual banquets, and even joining forces to champion a cause dear to our hearts in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Great Place to Work is a global authority that assesses and certifies workplace cultures based on employee feedback and organizational practices. To earn their certification, it all begins with the comprehensive Great Place to Work Trust Index™ Survey. This anonymous survey delves deep into the level of trust within our organization. It measures how frequently our team members can rely on fundamental aspects of their workplace, like transparent and honest leadership, fair treatment, and meaningful recognition.

This survey looks at employee experiences across five key dimensions crucial for fostering a high-trust company culture. Leaders play a pivotal role in three of these dimensions – credibility, respect, and fairness. The remaining two dimensions—pride and a sense of belonging—measure colleague rapport and employees’ overall sentiment towards our company at large.
