RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Heathrow Scientific stands by its products. We also understand at times, our customers do not receive what they expect. If you would like to return, repair, or exchange a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

How To Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

To return an item, you must get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain a RGA, please follow the procedures below. Any item received without a RGA number will be returned to the sender.

Submit the downloadable PDF form by emailing it to orders@heatsci.com or faxing it to 1.847.816.5072 attention Customer Service-RGA Request.

Orders eligible for return, repair, or exchange will be processed and reviewed by our RGA Customer Service Department.

RGA numbers will be voided, if defective merchandise has not been received by Heathrow Scientific within 14 days after a RGA number is issued.

Our Return Procedure

You may return a product for refund or replacement within 30 days of the order shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #).

If we shipped you the wrong product or it was damaged on arrival, you will be eligible to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. Heathrow Scientific will refund or replace the product (including shipping) provided that it includes all the accessories and manuals in its original packaging.

 If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping costs. This is provided you return the product in its original packaging and which was never opened. The item must be in resalable quality. The product return must also fall within 30 days of the shipment date. We accept all shipping methods, but it's up to you to make sure the package gets to us. We recommend using a carrier that provides detailed tracking / delivery information. 

After you receive the RGA number, you will need to package and ship the product to us at your own expense. All returned packages must include:

The original packaging (All accessories, manuals, etc. Improper packaging may void warranty).

RGA number clearly marked on the mailing label and shipping containers under the attention to line: “Attention: RGA #”.

REFUND PROCESS:

Once the returns have been received, you can expect a credit onto your original payment method within 3 weeks.
